Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to provide, upload, import, message, contact, or use any customer, lead, prospect, or client data submitted to Bookd Salon or used in any automation system.

Clients are also responsible for reviewing and approving content, automations, offers, workflows, text messages, emails, call scripts, AI prompts, website copy, and campaign materials before they are published, launched, or used with the public.

5. SMS, Email, Phone, and Communication Compliance

Bookd Salon may help clients set up SMS, email, phone, voicemail, missed-call text-back, AI voice, or other communication systems.

Clients are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, carrier rules, platform rules, consent requirements, opt-out requirements, and industry standards related to SMS, email, phone calls, automated messages, call recording, lead follow-up, customer communications, and marketing outreach.

This may include, where applicable:

Obtaining proper consent before sending messages

Honoring opt-out requests

Avoiding spam or unauthorized communications

Providing accurate business identification

Avoiding misleading claims or deceptive offers

Complying with carrier registration and messaging requirements

Providing call recording disclosures where required

Maintaining accurate customer records and permissions

Bookd Salon is not responsible for penalties, account restrictions, carrier filtering, message blocking, platform suspension, legal claims, or damages caused by a client’s failure to comply with applicable communication laws, platform policies, or consent requirements.

6. AI and Automation Disclaimer

Bookd Salon may use AI-assisted tools, automated workflows, chatbots, voice agents, and similar technology to help respond to inquiries, capture leads, support scheduling, send reminders, provide business information, and assist with customer communication.

AI and automation tools may occasionally produce incorrect, incomplete, delayed, or unexpected responses. Clients are responsible for reviewing, testing, approving, and monitoring any AI or automation system used for their business.

Bookd Salon does not guarantee that any AI assistant, chatbot, voice agent, workflow, or automation will answer every inquiry perfectly, prevent every missed lead, produce a specific number of bookings, or replace all human oversight.

Clients should not use AI or automation systems to provide medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other highly sensitive advice unless specifically reviewed and approved by qualified professionals.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Bookd Salon works to provide professional digital marketing, automation, and communication services. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

Increased revenue

A specific number of leads or bookings

Improved search rankings

Increased appointment volume

Ad campaign profitability

Reduced no-shows

Increased reviews

Specific conversion rates

Platform approval

Message deliverability

Customer responses

Business growth

Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, client reputation, pricing, offer quality, staff performance, competition, advertising budget, customer demand, responsiveness, and third-party platform behavior.

8. Pricing, Payments, and Billing

Service pricing may be listed on the website, provided in a proposal, stated in an invoice, or agreed upon in writing.

Unless otherwise stated, recurring services are billed monthly. Setup fees, campaign fees, add-ons, advertising management fees, software fees, usage fees, phone number fees, messaging costs, call charges, or third-party platform fees may be billed separately.

Bookd Salon is not responsible for outages, bugs, restrictions, suspensions, errors, delays, price changes, rejected registrations, rejected ads, blocked messages, disabled accounts, or other issues caused by third-party platforms.

10. Advertising and Marketing Services

If Bookd Salon provides advertising, lead generation, funnel, website, SEO, content, or marketing services, the client understands that all marketing performance is subject to market conditions, competition, targeting, budget, offer quality, creative quality, website performance, platform behavior, and customer demand.

Advertising budgets, media spend, boosted posts, platform fees, and third-party charges are generally separate from Bookd Salon service fees unless specifically stated in writing.

Clients are responsible for approving ad copy, offers, claims, images, targeting direction, promotions, discounts, and compliance requirements before campaigns are launched.

11. Content, Intellectual Property, and Ownership

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, layouts, branding, service descriptions, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Bookd Salon / Bold Strategy Marketing LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without written permission.

12. Client Materials and Permissions

Clients may provide logos, photos, videos, testimonials, service descriptions, offers, pricing, customer lists, brand materials, or other content for use in their project.

By providing materials to Bookd Salon, the client confirms that they have the right to use those materials and grants Bookd Salon permission to use them for the purpose of providing services.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all provided materials are accurate, lawful, non-infringing, and properly licensed.

13. Confidentiality

Bookd Salon will make reasonable efforts to protect confidential business information provided by clients. However, clients should not submit highly sensitive, regulated, or confidential information unless it is necessary for the service and appropriate safeguards have been discussed.

Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, already known, or lawfully obtained from another source.

14. Cancellations and Service Changes

Cancellation terms may vary by package, agreement, subscription, invoice, or written proposal.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, clients may cancel recurring services by providing written notice before the next billing cycle. Services already performed, setup work, completed campaigns, digital deliverables, third-party charges, software costs, advertising spend, and monthly fees already billed may be non-refundable.

Bookd Salon may modify, pause, or discontinue services if a client fails to provide required information, fails to pay, violates these Terms, misuses the service, or engages in unlawful or harmful conduct.

15. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased and the terms stated in the applicable invoice, checkout page, proposal, or written agreement.

Because many Bookd Salon services involve setup work, strategy, custom configuration, digital labor, software access, automation buildout, consulting, or campaign preparation, payments may be non-refundable once work has begun unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.

16. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to websites, automations, chat systems, voice systems, phone systems, calendars, CRM platforms, integrations, or third-party tools.
